| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of the study:
The study explored the causes of poor financial performance at Exim bank Uganda Limited for the last three years (2018 -2020), established the financial performance trend during this period and suggested appropriate strategies for the bank to shield against financial losses and improve its financial performance.
Objectives of the study:
i) To establish the trend in financial performance of Exim Bank Limited for the period 2018 to 2020.
ii) To establish the causes of poor financial performance at Exim Bank Limited
