The findings of the study depicted that Traditional procurement method, Design and Build (DB) procurement method and the Built Own Operate Transfer procurement method have a positive relationship with the success of the construction industry with the traditional procurement method having a highest positive relation with the success of the construction industry. It is therefore important to develop a formalised regression models that can be used to predict performance based on project needs and procurement choices, to aid appropriate selection of procurement methods as all procurement methods seem to have a positive impact on the success of the project. There is also a need There is also a need further to establish the Influence of amendment to tender on completion of construction projects and the Influence of submission and closing of tenders on completion of construction projects. | en_US |
