Abstract
It is a photograph taken of after 'Ngege' (tilapia esculenta) have been filled, skinned and washed, they are compressed into one pound packs and wrapped by hand at the Kasenyi factory of the Uganda Fish Marketing Corporation Limited (TUFMAC).
