    Abstract
The study was carried out to evaluate the impact of health financing on health service delivery, the study focused on Nsangi health center III in Wakiso district. The study was based on three objectives; to identify the nature of Health financing trends in health centres, to examine how the funding options affect service delivery in health centres and to examine how human resource needs and other health care system needs in health centres affect service delivery in health centers. The study employed a case study design to establish the underlying relationship among the study variables and to obtain information and opinions from the study participants. It was majorly a qualitative study however it also employed quantitative methods to reduce bias. Qualitative approach was helpful in interpreting people’s thoughts, opinions and perceptions about Health Sector Financing and Health Service delivery. Quantitative data dealt with numbers and everything that was measurable in a systematic way of investigating the relationship of the study variables .The study used both primary and secondary data sources to meet the study objectives. . The key analysis of the obtained data revealed varying levels of service delivery and satisfaction from the respondents. Most respondents were familiar with the impact of health financing on service delivery while others, less than 30% didn’t know about its impact and had little knowledge about the different funding options. The key recommendations out of the study are; to give priority to the needs of health workers, to ensure effective monitoring of resources and equipment in order to realize efficient allocation of health supplies in all the health centers and hospitals.
