The Pearson correlations were used to study the relationship between the desired variables and a regression model helped validate these findings and establish the predictive power of the independent variables on the dependent variable. All the analysis was conducted using statistical package for social scientist. The findings revealed significant positive relationships between the variables of the study as conceptualized and that financial management is positively related to teamwork and service delivery in the lower local government.
