Trustworthiness and ethical considerations were also ensured. The findings of the study revealed that Spark micro grants has internal procedures used in managing donor funds such as; reviewing contracts and assessing its conditions, setting up financial systems to manage donor delegations, prepare reporting framework and timetable. Furthermore, study results showed that funds disbursement bureaucracies are a challenge in donor fund management. Resources earmarked for particular use flow within legally defined institutional framework. Typically, funds pass through several layers of organisational bureaucracy down to service facilities which are changed with the responsibility of spending fund.
