dc.description.abstract Due to the insurgency in Northern Uganda, Government of Uganda created development interventions, in which project for Restoration of Livelihood in Northern Region (PRELNOR) is one of them. The Government of Uganda have signed a loan agreement with International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and has received a grant from Adaptation for small holders Agriculture Program (ASAP) towards the cost of the project of Restoration of Livelihood in Northern Region(PRELNOR).The project is being financed by the Government of Uganda, FAD, ASAP grants and beneficiaries contributions. The construction Methodology used and aspects of Construction Project Management practices I Participated in handling of construction reporting of Agago Bridge-Ayee Garagara ( 18.Skm) in Lokolc sub cou nty, Agago District. It details Contract Administration during execution stage and the application of project management knowledge areas during project implementation. The focus areas include cost, quality, and time and communication management. The construction Method used is here at length in this report. en_US
